John's Background

John has over 15 years of experience in the people development space.

That being said, he trained first as an auditor. He completed his audit training and qualified as a chartered accountant. He graduated in to a variety of roles with a people focus within the same firm he trained in. John designed and delivered courses to local and international audiences on topics related to their professional growth.

The Beginning of the Prosper With John Journey

A stint of travelling in 2013 ignited an interest to bring his work to a wider audience. After many conversations and much deliberation, he set up his own business in early 2016.

Since then he has been supporting organisations and teams and their staff to prosper.

Fuelled by Many Passions

Outside of work, one of his many interests (alongside book reading, cooking and family time) is sport. He captained both his club and county to title winning seasons in Gaelic Football (one of two of Ireland’s native sports).

John loves people and the power of the collective. He cares about his work and the people and organisations he works with.
